EVT scooters at the European Mobility Week (16-22 September 2007)

EVT scooters attended the European Mobility Week event organised by the Limassol Municipality and held in front of the Limassol District Bulding on Limassol's Anexartisias Street. EVT scooters were presented to members of the public together with other environmentally friendly vehicles such as the hybrid cars from Honda and Toyota. 

The day was marked by a tour of Limassol on bicycles by several hundred people including the Mayor of Limassol - seen below examining on of the EVT scooters on display.

Many commented on the fantastic look of the EVT scooters but none were prepared by the silent and sharp acceleration that they offer. 

Local TV stations that were there to film the event took a keen interest and EVT scooters were shown on the local news channels that same evening.

Thank you to everyone for taking an interest and for those who decided to buy a new EVT scooter, enjoy driving past the petrol stations.

Government subsidies

The Cyprus goverment now accepts applications from individuals and companies for subsidies towards the purchase of an electric vehicle. This includes electric scooters.

On the beach!

This is the only way to enjoy the sunshine in Cyprus. On a calm and silent scooter that does not pollute the environment. For additional enjoyment try asking your friends to locate the exhaust. Of course there isn't one.
